"This is my second time staying in this Sheraton for business trip. Very clean hotel with large space. The breakfast is very good with large amount of varieties. Hotel staffs are very nice. Feel the hotel likes a warm home. It is definitely the hotel I want to stay for my further visit Shenzhen."

"It's been a while since we last visited Mission Hills and it was such a nice surprise to find that there are just so many more things to do here now. The place is still beautiful and relaxing and the services remained professional and engaging as before. With a quick ride on the free shuttle bus we got to this new shopping complex, MH Mall. Man, it had everything there. So many dining options, including our favourite, Haidilao hotpot. We walked around the mall and found some interesting places...

"Overall the room was comfortable, it was the bathroom that was a bit run down, as in my sink was not draining well, and the faucet was rusted. Other than that though, the room itself is very well kept and very clean. The lobby was very humid and the windows were covered in dew/water, could benefit with a few dehumidifier. Oh and there are bird in cages at the lobby, if you’re allergic, get your friend who’s not to check in instead."

"Everything else was good or great, especially the gym, breakfast and the way the hotel was designed, but my bed was a bit bent down. Felt like the mattress had seen its best days already. Overall a very pleasant experience however."
