"Bâtisse ancestrale magnifique mais malheureusement les prestations et le service manquent de perfection pour un 5 étoiles et le prix demandé : attente au bar de 45 mn sans être servies, salle de bain très sommaire, madeleines signature en vente à 12 euros plutôt qu’être données, pas de voiturier, de as d’aide pour les valises, pas d’accompagnement à la chambre. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at La Ferme. The grounds and the hotel itself are stunning. Good location... easy walking distance to town. Room was beautiful, we enjoyed the steam shower. The one thing that could be slightly improved for such a highly rated hotel was the service. The staff was very nice but it took 2 phone calls + 1 trip to the front desk to get a yoga mat in our room (the gym and pool are closed for renovations... annoying). No slippers in the room unless you request them. Only one...

"All was well. Except for two things For an hotel of this class there should be USB ports to charge phones and ipads in the room. There weren’t and it wasn’t easy to recharge. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea.
