Room was comfortable, good bathroom and clean. The only minor comment is that the sound proofing of the rooms could be improved (noisy pipes/creaky floorboards above)."

"Very pleasant stay, but felt more like a b and b rather than a hotel. Breakfast was very good but basic, no youghurts or muffins and no fresh orange juice. It was great to see a fish dish being offered., and all was extremely well cooked. Would say it would be a good place to stay with a dog. In a very good location, 10 minute walk to Lyndhurst village.
