"Moldy bed sheet, dirty light switches, broken bed net. Smelly bar area. When I reported the above issues, 3 groups of staff came and decided to offer me a bottle of free beer ( wine). I don’t drink beer ( wine). Then the manager knocked my room door twice to force me to accept it. I paid $NZ 1100 per room per night. This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever experienced."

"My wife and I stayed at Mara Explorer for 6 nights in September 2023. This was our third Safari in Kenya. The Mara Explorer is the most magical and enchanting location for a safari I could ever imagine.
