"I did not know what to expect but it lived up to expectations. Keep in mind, the lodging is in a tent style, but still luxury. I was able to bath open air while listening and viewing the forest and Sabie river from my room. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. "I booked into the Presidential suite for 3 nights but stayed for 1 (23 June). Not even close to 5 star. The room door did not lock from the outside, the bathroom tap had a leak and when I tried to close the bathroom door it did not close fully, the TV remote from the room next door was controlling my TV so I could not relax and watch TV, the bed was very noisy and you could also clearly hear the conversations and TV from the room next door.
