"We initially booked a horrible room at the Address Marina and chose to not ruin our trip to Dubai and booked the W. As soon as we arrived, we were met by a 5-star service staff. I mean wow. Szilvia is the lead concierge and everyone smiles, is attentive but not intrusive, and brings joy to the moment. From tea and water in the lobby during check-in to room service being more than making the bed, the service and experience were "punching above its weight class." "

"We have stayed here maybe 10 times now and it is always excellent. There is a building site next door but to be honest it doesn't really affect the hotel. It is lovely how Shivani in Messerie Restaurant always remembers us and make us feel very welcome. The staff who work at the front area remember us as well which is nice. Halid on the beach even remembers where we like to sit and puts our towels out nice and early, we can't ask for any more than all of this. "
