"We stayed at Le Fitz Roy last year and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay again for this year's Val Thorens ski trip. This hotel is in the perfect ski-in-ski-out location at the bottom of the plain sud piste and also in the middle of town - ideal for bars, restaurants and shopping. On arrival we were allocated an upgraded room - which was very welcome and appreciated. "Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed....
