"The hotel is superlative in every respect. The people are helpful, articulate, attentive and warmly friendly. Nothing is too much and nothing is difficult. We arrived unexpectedly, following a mandatory evacuation because of Hurricane Milton. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating and turned a crisis into an opportunity for helpful R & R. "

"Ritz are simply not what they used to be. I keep trying and constant dissatisfaction. House keeping justbwalks in...then came right into my "locked" bathroom. Did not speak English, no apolgy. Garbage cans around property overflowing. Front desk ,bell men and in room dining excellent(except the food that did come did not match what was on the menu)"
