"One of the finest hospitality experiences I have ever had. The property is unbelievably beautiful. We were in a two bedroom suite, each bedroom with its own bath. The space was incredible. "I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it. "

"We loved our stay! Wonderful service from the staff. The room given to us was disappointing, it needs upgrading to 2024… and in the room they offer mugs and instant coffee and kettle which brought us back to the 80s.. coffee machine would have been nice.."

The little details and surprises every day were amazing. Thank you Benjamin for upholding the perfection of hospitality! I would also like to call out the restaurant thats right in the hotel. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done! "
