"The hotel is beautiful, however the bar closed early, often before 5pm. The surrounding area is also super quiet and everywhere seems to close early… assuming it’s due to the season. Lino, at the hotel reception was amazing, always friendly with fab restaurant recommendations. "

"Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5....

"The hotel setting is lovely. The rooms are sparsely decorated and the ac is not good enough to properly cool. Very few food choices in the room and at the restaurant. The gym in the morning was dirty and unkempt. The gym facility was all-together underwhelming. The massage was sub-par. But it was tranquil and relaxing. "

"A three night stay at this hotel and their service truly blew me away. Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. "We arrived late at night and we got a great welcome and our room was large and very clean and comfortable. The large windows overlooked the garden - splendid sight in the morning! "Lovely relaxing stay. Room was very comfortable and clean, with everything done to a very high end property. It was a bit windy and overcast when we were there (and the pool was a touch on the cold side), so we used it mainly as a base. We had one nice afternoon by the pool though, and ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. All in all, a great stay."

"We had an amazing stay at Pula Suites. It was quiet and relaxing. Fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful and hospitable! Very clean, could not fault this hotel. Would recommend hiring a car if you want to travel around but we would definitely stay here again."
