First night there we had no hot water. Called maintenance and they sent someone over. We were told that we needed to leave the water running for 20 min to get hot water. "We stayed at Palmares Signature apartments a week with our 2 boys. The property is beautiful, modern, unique concept, great furniture, partial sea views from the terrace, fully stocked kitchen ( cuttlery, glasses, cups, pots and pans although we have not eaten in the apartment). "Overall a truly beautiful very quiet, relaxing place to stay. Be aware the place is very small only 15 rooms and few diners in the evening so can lack atmosphere if that is what you are looking for. Also no bar and no gym which was a little disappointing for us. "
