"It's an okay hotel in a neighborhood away from tourist areas and convenient amenities, though you can walk to the subway in about 13 minutes. The hotel is in the middle of an area known for auto manufacturing, and some of the shops have workers making noise all throughout the night. Our room had a worn-out floor, and our bed had a worn-out boxspring. There was no air conditioning in the room, and even with the windows open, we couldn't get it below 28°C. "Good location and staff"

"We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert, aee friends and so a little shopping. Location was perfect for the Stadium and shopping centres like Water Garden, Palladium a d even Metropole. Our room very spacious. Extra large bed and no noise between the rooms or corridor. Staff refreshingly friendly and active. "

"Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. I was welcomed to the hotel by a very friendly concierge who offered to take my bag from the taxi and helped to translate between myself and the driver, before introducing me to the reception staff whom were equally as friendly. The room itself was exceptionally nice, very spacious and clean with a lovely patio/ balcony, and a large desk for working from. The location of the room however, was less than ideal. "There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel."
