"Really good hotel. the Clb floor is excellent with some of the best food options that I have seen. Great roof bar and right next to the mall, so more options for dining. Supper staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay again."

"My stay at Alila was a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. The hotel had a peaceful and beautiful ambience, creating a calming atmosphere. However, there were some major inconveniences. Upon arrival, there was no lobby at the ground floor, nor staff to assist. Feeling lost, I had to Google their number, and I was informed the lobby was on a high floor (43 or 44). I requested a bellboy for luggage assistance, but waited nearly 25 minutes before someone came. Check in and check out were...

"This hotel is spectacular. The building is amazing and looks so new from the outside. Inside is also stunning. The pool deck and area is comfortable and was enjoyable. Staff were lovely and attentive. The only downside was the room was a little tired. Marks on the walls, some of the paint work was chipped off. We used the shuttle back to the airport, I wish I'd known about it at pick up and saved a few dollars."
