"My stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, professional and accommodating during my entire stay. Prior to arriving, the hotel offered to arrange transportation to/from Porto Seguro airport. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me by first name and we toured the property and amenities. "This hotel was absolute PERFECTION. From the time of my booking until departure any and everything my partner and I needed was at our fingertips. Property: We booked the Casa Estúdio which was perfect for the two of us. It was located right next to the pool where breakfast was served each morning; however it was still (mostly) private. "Tive uma ótima estadia, o hotel no geral é muito bom, funcionários bem educados, apartamentos em bom estado e boa estrutura. Únicos poréns, na minha opinião, são: apesar de bem localizado, parte da rua não é pavimentada e estava muito esburacada; o sinal de internet não abrange toda a área do hotel, no meu quarto por exemplo o sinal era muito fraco; eu não tive problemas com isso mas não há para todos os carros no interior do hotel. Devo voltar em breve e recomendo."
