"Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel."

"Everything was exemplary. Pre-trip communication and response time was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with every detail of our stay.
