"The property was very clean and a superb bathroom we had a four night stay and missed having a chesf of draws in which to place our clothes so we were living out of a suitcase not very good.We had a first class breakfast every morning in the comfotable dining area very pleased.The outside surroundings more like an industrial estate,generally we were pleased with our stay. "

"Really good service. Friendly welcome on arrival, shown to room. Nice clean room with the basic necessities. Bed, shower, tea and coffee, fridge, towels. No parking but one of the nearby streets is used and free. About a 10 minute walk to the centre. About 5 minutes from the beach. "

"Check in was seamless. One small chip in one of the mugs in the room - which was changed immediately. Food at the on site Bar/Cafe was very good and good prices. BUT there was a function on in the function room which our room - No7 - overlooked. The volume of music was so loud it at times exceeded the tv volume. If we we made aware of this on booking I would have had second thoughts about staying. Why could we have not had a room further away - there were party attendees that stayed in the hotel...

"It was a very nice stay with an excellent couple. Warm welcomed. A very nice big dog was also present to welcome. I had to say hello to the dog as he was so friendly. Very cooperative host. Family environment. Residence is upstairs like three rooms and bathroom outside the rooms. Mostly quiet. Nice and clean and a proper communication with the host throughout my stay. I was invited warmly to have breakfast but had no time. Will miss this stay."
