Despite being on the 2nd floor, there was a break in the trees across the street allowing a beautiful view of the bay. Don’t know if the rooms either side of me had as good of a view. "When I arrive at the reception I said I had a reservation and wait from some reaction ... The guy simply print the reservation paper on the table and looked at us as we were some alliens ...! So I ask what he wants and he asked "the ID card of course" and added "in your country what you show in a checkpoint" ... "This is a good value hostal if you want to stay near the railway station. To the Old Town it takes 30 min on foot or you can take a local bus. Staff were nice and friendly but there is hardly anyone at the reception so you need to be patient to grab someone if asking questions. "
