We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. "We enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel from a Thursday - Sunday. But on the Friday night, the music from the club across the street made sleeping impossible... until 3:00 am!! It was horrible! We were VERY excited on the Saturday when we walked by and some bylaw officials were shutting it down for the night.
