Well maintained hotel in the forested area on a hillslope above the town. Internet was fast, breakfast was adequate, the room was clean and of a good size. Didn't have a chance to visit the thermal spa at the hotel, seems to be popular with guests.

Another great stay at Limes Therman Hotel. There is nothing to do around the area but if you like a spa, good food and great customer service, this does not matter. Great rooms, clean and comfortable. Lovely pools and spa facilities. Super staff!!

Hot and uncomfortable.
Reception staff were freindly and welcoming. Restaurant staff were not. The room was extremely hot with no Air Conditioning or access to a fan. We slept on top of the sheets with windows and door open which allowed bugs to fly in. Photos on the hotel page show pool, hot tub, and sauna pictures, but those cost extra by using a wrist band token. We regretted not sleeping in the car, where it would have been much more comfortable.

Rude staff - not a go to place anymore
We have been coming to this hotel for many years but this time was a huge disappointment. Very minimalistic and lack of service. Barely no towels in the room, no foot mat, no coffee machine in all rooms we booked. Safe didn’t work and when I asked housekeeping for help they didn‘t speak the language and were unable to help. Calling the front desk nobody ever answered bit passing by they were not busy at all. Worst service was bar and breakfast service. It seemed we bothered their team being there, staff was unfriendly almost rude. This hotel used to be great but no longer

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen. Leider war die Rezeption unterbesetzt. Zu lange Wartezeiten beim Ein-/Aus-Checken. Tel. Reservierungenn für das Restaurant waren nicht möglich, weil schlicht niemand ans Telefon ging. Also wieder ab in die Warteschlange an der Rezeption. Auch einfache Dinge, wie Mineralwasser aus der Selbstbedienung bezahlen, oder Badechip/Handtücher abholen haben je mind. 20-30 Minuten gedauert. Auch dazu wieder ab in die Warteschlange an der Rezeption. Sehr schade, obwohl uns alles Andere gut gefallen hat, werden wir wohl nicht mehr kommen.
