"Lovey hotel near the centre,modern very clean,staff excellent,only downside was we booked rooms with single beds,but had to move the beds out of they’re position in room to get adequate spacing,also quite small as was the room….but apart from that all was a very good experience."

"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely come back. The room was spacious and adorable. It even had these massive windows that opened up. The room was literally by the water and the view of the canal from the room was stunning. The shower was great too. They have complimentary hot chocolate in the room as well. And during check out, they give you some complimentary chocolate cookies! Since it was cold outside I asked if the heating could be increased. They gave me a portable heater and it was great! Only downside is that there is no elevator. Thankfully I was on the first floor!"

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."
