Great communication from the hotel staff via email (before check in), any other communication via sms. "I stayed for a week here. The location was amazing and I was able to get to everything I needed. The views were perfect and the space was perfect to feel I had a little home for my week. A few issues with check-in, I did not know where to find the key and as an American, I was not prepared to need to bring my own sheets and towels. Classic Scandinavian Styled Hotel in a Good Way

"We showed up somewhat late (10pm) after visiting Billund (Lego HQ) first on our Denmark roadtrip. The staff was very helpful in getting our parking sorted... there is street parking and there is also a parking garage at the nearby convention center they have an agreement with. The bed was comfortable even if the room itself was on the smaller side (about 55% of a standard Motel 6 room)... but they made up for it by having a really cool spacious lobby with tons of seating which is open all night if you want to hang out and converse. If you must have a huge room or you have small kids you might feel cramped. The bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was phenomenal and included (if done right it could be your lunch too... typical of a large scandinavian breakfast in all the good ways). The area was also walkable... I would definitely stay here again on a visit to Aarhus."
