"The Odyssey Rooms are absolutely superb! A great location by the port and about 3 minute walk from the beach. Everywhere is sparkling clean. We stayed in the double standard and it was a spacious room, plenty of wardrobe space and the TV has Netflix and Prime which was great as we could sign in to our account. It was my husband’s birthday while there and they left him a small bottle of fizz and chocolates which was such a thoughtful touch. The reception staff were great and really helpful....

"Very nice hotel, luxurious, new, great looking modern place and great breakfast. Pool areas looked great but it was too cold to test unfortunately. Rooftop bar looked really nice too. Room seemed to be on a childs sprint track even after 9pm. Avoid these ground floor rooms if you can, between the old and new buildings. 018"

"It was ok. A bit cold in the rooms with no ability to adjust the aircondition and the food was a bit boring. Like its been the same meny for years now. It lacked taste and flavour, and the fish seemed dry. It seems to me that all you really pay for here is the beach location. "

"Hotel typical for half board/all inclusive. Hotel room fab sea view. Own lounge with bedroom. Staff on reception and luis Vanessa very friendly in the bar. The restaurant manager (man) very good and witnesses v friendly except two who told me off for taking my coffee to the terrace. Restaurant a lot nicer when they were not working. Ran more efficiently, less chaos. Area is pretty but disappointing as in the middle of nowhere. La Mata is pretty but very little there. Torrevijeca is as usual...

"The staff on the desk were very polite and pleasant. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Our rooms were very clean - loved the enclosed balcony as it was December. We stayed at New Year and was lucky to have the celebrations literally outside the hotel. Loads of places to eat nearby, also supermarkets for what else you may need. Used the tram to Altea which was very reasonable."

"A very good value for money option. The rooms are spacious and appeared to be refurbished with double doors to insulate from any corridor noise, desk space to work and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfortable bed and black out blinds. The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but the lounge area in particular is bright and comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly.
