"I stayed here in order that I could attend an event at the TECA, was disappointed that guests could not use the internal walk through and we were made to walk outside in the freezing cold to gain access to the event. What is the point in having an adjoining hotel walkway, if it cannot be used?"

"Loved the addition of a fridge and microwave in your room, room was spacious, warm and had everything you needed. Could do with a deep clean on certain areas but was definitely a decent base for a few days work visit"
