"The property is not for a hostel, lacks all a hostel should be, there is no place where to cook even when they advertise kitchen, is a small place with microwave, kettle and mini fridge, that’s all. There is no washing machine, rooms are Just beds, no lockers, if you go and complain they will give you a cage for you to carry to your own room. "Great suite, but the check-in desk was unstaffed when I arrived, so I spent a very irritating 20 minutes out on the street, unable to get through the locked door leading into the hotel. The phone number to call for assistance was not working on my 1 phone. They need to fix this; check-in should not be so difficult. How about a simple door code?"
