"Beautiful hotel, modern decor, and a comfortable bed. Room was extremely spacious. Felt as though it was missing a sofa or chair as the light was shining on an empty space. TV had sky sports which I was very happy about when we got the back the room and the boxing was on. The lady at the reception when we arrived recommended a nice place local to go eat because when asked if we wanted breakfast, we said no as we are late risers. This was fantastic non-biased customer service "

"The location was convenient and the property is new. Apart from our first check-in, all the check-in staff and receptionists were friendly and very helpful. There were 2 bottles of water on arrival, but they were not replaced after the first day. The laundry bag and sheet were also not replaced. As one of the more expensive hotels, I would have expected a bit more. "

"I stayed here in order that I could attend an event at the TECA, was disappointed that guests could not use the internal walk through and we were made to walk outside in the freezing cold to gain access to the event. What is the point in having an adjoining hotel walkway, if it cannot be used? "
