Stayed twi nights had winderful quiet room at tip of building. No noise issues and excellent breakfast and evening meal. I enjoyed joining licals inbthe friendly bar area. Would love to come back. "We are a group of 'mature' ladies that for 23 years have been going away twice a year for walking weekends in the UK. The house was extremely clean, well planned out and big! The location was amazing and the views from the house and hot tub were spectacular. The outdoor space is very large, extremely well maintained and offers amazing views plus a dining area with quality table and chairs, a wendy house for the children and a building with a 'ping pong' table in it (we didn't use this so can't comment on quality). We did a couple of lovely local walks, visited Carrig Cennan Castle, walked to a waterfall and visited the Ape & Monkey Sanctuary. We had a great time. The communication with Kathryn was fantastic, speedy and helpful. We were greeted when we arrived and shown the property and given details of who to contact if we had a question. You felt that they really wanted you have a great time. One of us was celebrating a 60th birthday and there was a birthday card and fizz waiting for us when we arrived. On our last evening, as usual, we voted for how we would rate the property and surroundings compared to all the others we had stayed in and everyone put it at number 1 or 2! You won't regret staying here. We hope to be back."

"Stayed here a few times in different rooms. This one was different again. Set up in a type of annex little cottage external at the side of the hotel. Didn’t know what to expect but pleasantly surprised. Lovey warm and spacious double room and on suite. Like a little one bed cottage. Road noise wasn’t too bad seeming the lane was close to the main road. Warm and secure all amenities there. Nice little hotel and always happy here. Breakfast had changed to between 0730-0830. Very short time frame. So didn’t partake in the breakfast included. Which is usually very very good. "

"A beautiful house owned and run by beautiful people. Whats not like about this beautiful home. I stayed here over night on my regular work trip. First of many I hope. Tony and Chris are such a lovely, friendly couple. The house is a labour of love as Tony said, and anyone staying here should feel humbled and privileged for Tony and Chris to welcome you into their home. The pictures do not do the house justice although gives you a very good idea of what to expect. Seeing the house in person and feeling the history, warmth and love they have and are putting into it leaves you feeling in ore and I’m also quite jealous of what they have achieved. The bed, bedding, decor, tea & coffee making facilities all were better than some high end hotels I have stayed in over the years. One word to sum up my stay… Perfect"
