TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE - NEVER AGAIN I’ve had better sleep and cleaner bathrooms at a truck stop. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely feared for my safety. People were walking up and down the sidewalk, pounding on doors and yelling, supposedly looking for their friend. Someone blasted their stereo so loud my windows were shaking. The bathroom counter had cuts all over it, clearly from prior drug use. To make matters worse, a long-term resident a few doors down had their windowsill decorated with beer bottles, which only added to the unsettling atmosphere. I didn’t feel comfortable stepping outside. I spent the entire night peeking out the window to keep an eye on my truck. Between the pounding, yelling, and blaring music, I couldn’t sleep at all. This hotel isn’t just dirty—it’s unsafe. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid at all costs. Pictures show the bathtub that looks like someone puked in it, disgust on the walls by the garbage cans and baseboards haven’t been cleaned in years. Filthy mattresses. The sides of the bed have metal hooks that will crack your shins. The bedside lamp doesn’t work, and has a horrible electrical wire attempt. Definitely unsafe. Thank you to the front desk agent who refunded my stay. Room 130.

There was no warm water during December, but once you get in the carpet smells really bad that when you walk on it with socks your socks end up smelling like feet. They use no covers besides a regular sheet. I asked for my refund due to the water being shut off one day and I had to shower using a bucket once the water was turned on but only the sink water worked and not the shower. I was fresh out of work so it was unacceptable. For 30 dollars more stay at woodsprings and you can cook.

Had to use a chair to lock the door. Stuff stuck to window that was nasty. The towels were dirty not clean. Toilet was not secured to floor. Room stunk very bad, very dirty. Tried to tell front desk, they didn't seem to care. Will never be there and will not recommended it.

Room was very cozy, location was very nice sense it was away from the city, but the room I had had several non-working lights which was a bit inconvenient, the blankets they had were really thin, and they only had waffles, cereal, and juice for there breakfast . But other than that, it was very affordable and I would stay again!!!

This is not somewhere I would recommend anyone coming to not even for the night it was so bug infested and dirty you can tell that the housekeeping barely cleaned up before someone new came in the room I ended up having to change rooms in the middle of the night because I woke up to use the restroom turn the light on and it’s about 20 roaches scattering on the floor like seriously and I’m pregnant and I had my 2 yr old so that wouldn’t work this place needs new management or to be shut down immediately

We drove 15 hrs and needed to rest for the night, the guy was rude, wouldn't accept my ID proving it was me who booked the room can't get back our money room was already payed for before we got there and we weren't even able to check in and stay the night! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never be back to that place!
