I booked a 2 night stay for my wife's birthday, everything was perfect. Thank you to Ellie for putting the balloons, champagne and roses in the room for me, and thank you to the chef who made 2 small cakes and served it on plate with a very elegantly written "happy birthday". The breakfast and dinner options were very tasty, all the staff were extremely friendly and we look forward to staying again soon!

We also booked dinner at the in house restaurant ‘1924’, which was very nice indeed. Excellent food quality and again friendly attentive staff. Would definitely come back if ever in the area again.

Uncomfortable beds, even after getting a second topper - not Hilton standard. I left my sons night light next to the bed and it wasn’t handed in by cleaning staff. Rather stay at Premier Inn next door. Cleanliness ok, except in bathroom which had toothpaste marks on sink from previous guests.
