Booked due to having EV chargers, however these were all blocked by non electric cars. Hotel did nothing to stop this from happening. The base that the mattress was on creaked whenever there was any movement.

We only stayed for 1 night, but really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was excellent, friendly staff and very nice rooms. We also booked dinner at the in house restaurant ‘1924’, which was very nice indeed. Excellent food quality and again friendly attentive staff. Would definitely come back if ever in the area again.

The hotel was nice but the information about breakfast times on their website is incorrect and resulted in me purchasing a breakfast that we couldnt eat as we had to leave before it opened. 0730 is quite late for breakfast to start. Most hotels start serving breakfast from 0630

The only negative was when we asked reception to book us a taxi and they gave us a phone number to call a taxi ourselves. I would really expect Hilton hotels to just order us a taxi and save us the trouble. Otherwise, the hotel was perfectly pleasant.

The location is quite good, as a bus (line X1), which runs directly to downtown Oxford has a stop within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The restaurant is good.
