An excellent stay at the hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurants excellent, as was the breakfast. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Security was high and we felt very safe. The beach and sports facilities were wonderful. This is the best hotel we have stayed in Abu Dhabi in many years of visiting - should have stayed earlier - Perfect!

This is a true palace! The EP lounge is well worth it too - the standards are incredibly high. Daria was friendly and kind in particular. Also liked Broadway and I think I was there pretty much every night if my stay. Good food and service. 10/10

Anmeldelse af vores ophold på [Hotellets navn] Vi har netop tilbragt 5 fantastiske dage på [Hotellets navn], og vi kan slet ikke få armene ned! Ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af det mest imødekommende og servicemindede personale, der gjorde os trygge fra første øjeblik. Da vi trådte ind i vores skønne suite, blev vi forkælet med lækker frugt og chokolade – en dejlig gestus, som satte tonen for vores ophold. Vi nød særligt EP Club, hvor der blev serveret den lækreste mad. Det var en sand gastronomisk oplevelse, som vi aldrig glemmer! 🍽️✨ I løbet af vores ophold tilbragte vi også tid i fitnesscenteret, hvor vi fik dyrket en masse motion. Det var skønt at kunne holde os aktive, selv på ferie! 💪 Vi tilbragte mange afslappende timer ved stranden og poolen, hvor vi kunne nyde solen og den skønne atmosfære. En ekstra bonus var, at vi fik lov til at beholde suiten indtil kl. 18 på afrejsedagen, hvilket gjorde vores sidste dag så meget mere behagelig. This was a vacation that I had planned for my vip client who only looks for the best of service and quality. Of course with that being said, I had to pick the Mandarin Oriental. They executed wonderfully and left us feeling very welcomed and taken care of in every moment. A very special shout out to Frida as she definitely understands the art of service and hospitality. She maintained a very professional attitude while also being personable, she truly went above and beyond with any and all requests. She definitely deserves the best, and you guys should be grateful to have her as part of your team. Also wanted to mention Oussama who was the other butler that really amazed me! We ended up having long conversations and truly felt like he was one of my best friends. In the generation we live in, we need more people like Oussama. The club lounge staff was also impeccable. Unfortunately I don’t have the name of the lady who was taking care of us, but she was fridas friend. I believe she would do an amazing job as a butler or a higher position as well. Our whole group was beyond impressed by these 3 and that’s the key reason why my client, Mr. Viviano, will be returning to this immaculate property. I truly am a fan, and look forward to viewing more mandarin properties around the world. We will be sure to return to Abu Dhabi and only would ever think of staying in the Mandarin! Well done to the whole staff, you truly impacted us and gave special lifelong memories.
