Nice comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful. My room overlooked a Mosque so did have an early morning wake up call but to be expected. Bedrooms functional, bed comfortable, towels good and toilet paper adequate. Would stay there again for sure as very reasonable price wise

Very nice hotel- clean, cool design, with little pool and spa on top floor. Staff very friendly and always smiling. Walking distance from the beach. Breakfast was ok but not great. In total- great place and i would stay there again.

Amazing little hotel with very friendly staff. Very close to the corniche and lots of shops and restaurants around. Madinat Zayed Mall is within walking distance ie 2 minutes away. Free parking was available. The breakfast buffet was very good also. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back .

Staff were very welcoming at check-in/out. Polite and courteous. Arrived very late due to flight delay but the short stay was comfortable.

Although the property looks dated, our stay here was great. Stayed 2 nights - the room was large, clean and comfortable. Our windows looked into the building wall beside us but didn’t impact our positive impression. Breakfast was great, staff and service also great. Ate dinner one night in the restaurant on the 18th floor - the meal was really tasty and outstanding, and service was too. Only downfall we could find was the underground parking garage was a sauna and there were no signs to point you to where the lifts were! Please improve this! Area around the hotel also good; walked to the promenade, restaurants and shops no problem.

Very good location, just behind the Mall. Easy to get to from/to aiport by bus, also loads of buses to move around, as bus stops are 3 minutes away from the hotel. Reception amazing; Annalyn thank you for being very accommodating; truly a superstar employee! Very clean hotel, nice facilities. I would stay there again.
