"Great service as always. Especially from the manager and Esther. The manager made sure that my pickup ride from the airport was prompt and safe. The cleaning crew is on point too. They just need to work on the breakfast options and kitchen. Also I never got my VIP status wine even though I asked for it severally. "

"I was most impressed with the customer service at The Pearl! The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and respectful. Wait staff, hospitality attendants, and housekeeping were also impressive. The property is well kept and comfortable. The on-site dining was superb and definitely made it hard for me to push away from the table! The pool area was beautiful, covered, and comfortable with plenty of comfortable seating and poolside drink service. Other dining, drink, and entertainment options were within walking distance next door, and directly across the street is Lake Jabi recreation park and waking trail. The Lake Jabi Mall is a 5 minute drive and offers more beautiful scenery and plenty of dining and shopping options. An absolutely perfect environment for my honeymoon!"
