"Great location. Stayed in the Suite Aurora, an exceptionally quiet and comfortable lodging. Cristina, Fernando, and the rest of the staff we interacted with during our 5-night stay provided outstanding hospitality and service. Dined at the small in-house restaurant. Elaborate and intimate setting with excellent food (best of five restaurants we sampled during our stay). The gentleman who served us (forgot his name) was highly professional and knowledgeable in both food and wine. Would definitely stay again."

"Room was cleaned daily, spotless and updated for an older building, bed was comfortable and view of the canal out the window was special. Check in was pleasant, porter to take luggage to our room, elevator for the higher floors was convenient, restaurant and bar on site served excellent food."
