Location is convenient, though a little uphill from the main parts of town. Staff were helpful when we needed to get out luggage down to the waterfront. Close by: main museum, grocery store, some eateries. Apartment very spacious with all the relevant appliances. Big windows provide views of the town and Beagle Channel (and the cat that lives next door!).

Great in most ways but the room was uncomfortably overheated and I didn't see any facility to control the temperature. The room overlooked a busy and excessively noisy road throughout the late evening and early morning. The only option was to close the window and use earplugs. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel falicilies were good. I enjoyed my stay
