The room was as expected, although the bathroom light did not work. Staff were okay. One of them was extremely rude to me behind my back when he thought I couldn't hear and didn't understand. Aside from that, the lady in the kitchen was extremely helpful.

In addition to the fact that there were always mosquitoes in the hallways my room was violated by the staff. I requested that no one entered my room when I was not present. I then caught one of their employees, on my hidden video cameras, searching through my luggage to steal what they could find. There was no dought as they did not clean the room or made the bed. He searched and left the room. If not caught on camera it would be denied. Use hidden cameras travelers. Also use locks on your luggage. They saved me.

I can not recommend it

I am a Japanese, but I made a reservation for my friend's Nigerian stay, but it was said that the Nigerian can not stay at the reception desk at the front desk.

When I arrived I was told No rooms were available. I explained we have already paid for the room. And ask if they had anything available and was told No and had to drive around and find a new hotel at 930 at night.

Worst Experience I have EVER had!!!

To say that this property is severely delapidated is an understatement, but it was a reasonable cost for the time I was planning to be in Ghana. The first evening that I arrived, the power went out in the entire building for several hours. The second day I was there, the water went out in the entire building, no bathing or sanitation (toilet) for more than 24 hours after which I contacted Hotels.com who assisted me in cancelling the booking and issuing a refund for the prepaid nights. Fortunately, I was able to book another hotel for my remaining 5 days in Ghana for not too much more money. I would highly recommend that you do not stay at either Hotel de Zews or Haoxin Hotel (as they are the same property doing business under multiple names).

Rubbish hotel

Stayed for 9 nights March 2019. The bathroom was not cleaned had to do it ourselves , a dirty fridge ,broken mirror, poor lighting, broken table, windows dirty years of dirt, broken toilet seat. Definitely would not use this hotel again.Good location and travelling around was easy and near to the beach.

Nice hotel not too far from Downtown.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The place is kept clean at all times. Rooms are very cosy and comfortable.
