"I spent over a week at the Signature. It's very clean and the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Its central location made traveling easier. I love the Enigma Sky Lounge on the 11th floor. The food and music were excellent. One thing that’s needs improvement is the checking in process. I had to wait for a long time to be checked in. "

"The cleanliness, a homey feeling. The host Eric was friendly, very responsive, and gave a warm welcome. The only thing I didn’t like was there could have been better pots for cooking, there were only two pots of which one had no cover at all and the one cover was defected. The blender didn’t have a cover, so this was very limiting. So improvements in providing proper cooking wares would be beneficial. Other than that, all was good "

"We stayed at this property for over a week and in general we had a nice time. We felt relatively safe during our stay. However, I sincerely doubt that we will stay here again. A few minor issues included not having an extra key to the room and a strong odor coming from the bathtub drain that staff sprayed prior to us getting settled into the room. That smell lingered into our room for the entire stay. The bathroom had a see-through sliding glass door which made it very difficult to preserve...
