The service was flawless and impeccable , and the staff's exceptional hospitality was noteworthy. However, I felt that the hotel's amenities and overall experience didn't quite live up to the high price tag. The staff were amazing, they welcome us with a beautiful smile and are so eager to assist you with any issues. I love the african theme decoration and the many varieties of authentic african foods. The yam fries was so delicious and i like the fact that they cut them small. The burger that we ordered was cooked to perfection. I will definitely stay here again and iam glad that i chose this hotel for my son's first experience in Ghana.

I’ve stayed there twice before and never had any complaints but this time was terrible they wouldn’t change currency then phone didn’t work for 3 days they wouldn’t let me charge room service to my room then brought a charge card machine to the room and it didn’t work every time I needed anything I to go to front desk I tried to pay for room service in cash and they said that my $100 bill was too old 😂
