She loves her job and is an expert at her duties and the business is lucky to have her taking care of the units. "Very clean and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Manuel was most helpful. We arrived after dark and even though the residence was not far from the Hotel Mirabell where we picked up the key, the map we were provided with was not helpful with finding the residence. May I suggest the Mirabell using the map that the Information Center uses."

Everything was perfect!

"We had a fantastic holiday in Mayrhofen courtesy of the Gluck auf. The suite exceeded our expectations being modern, in great condition, and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself is in a great location on the edge of town which is just a short walk away. There's plenty of inclusive parking. We were greeted by Monika who is a lovely lady and was so helpful. Highly recommended!"
