"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"It was a great place to stay the only thing I didn’t love was the lack of curtains in the downstairs bathroom facing the shower. However, it doesn’t face the street so someone would have to come on to property to see in so not a big concern. Loved it here and neighbor was adorable. It is right near a main plaza, so perfect for restaurants and shopping, downside side does make it noisy late at night/early morning.
