"Great location for exploring Munich. Centrally located - a short walk or quick ride on public transit to both Marienplatz and Oktoberfest. It is quite humid in the apartment, so you have to keep the windows open. I wasn’t completely comfortable with that as it’s a ground floor unit, plus many of the windows have ripped or missing screens, allowing bugs in. Very convenient to have washer/dryer, but it TINY and takes a long time, so don’t expect to do massive amounts of laundry. Lots of space in...

"We all LOVED our stay at Stephan's house! The views out to the yard and field are beautiful. There's a little balcony off the main bedroom which was really nice. The place was spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We stayed at the property for a weekend and made our way into Munich during the day and the little town was so nice to come home to. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us Stephan :)"

"Unser Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir durften die Wohnung auch schon viel früher beziehen als angegeben. Die Wohnung ist auch perfekt für Familien mit kleineren Kindern weil einfach so viel Platz ist und so viel Möglichkeiten zum Spielen innerhalb der Wohnung. We were not able to enter our room right away as we arrived in the morning but were able to store our luggage in a room that was not locked but luckily nothing was stolen. "The hotel is new and the staff are very helpful in making our stay plesant and comfortable. One of our meals at the restaurant did not go our way (no fault of the hotel) and th restaurant manager personally apologised and made sure a replacement meal was provided, on the house. Excellent facilities and service. I would stay there again!"

"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The young lady at check in was so friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was a very good size and so clean! They even upgraded our room which was a massive bonus so thank you for that. Breakfast was great as well. Loads of choice and all very tasty and fresh. The staff were great replacing items that run out and clearing tables quickly. The hotel is in a great location too. 30 second walk from the U bahn and only a few stops from the main shopping area. There's also some good shops nearby for any bits you need. Quiet location too We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Munich. "
