Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. "Es war eine schöne Auszeit in einer gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung in einer schönen Natur im Harz. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Da kommt man gerne wieder."

"Kurzfristig gebucht und angenehm überrascht, wie toll das Ferienhaus ist. Sehr nette Vermieter, mit denen die Kommunikation gut funktioniert. "We highly recommend to stay in Apartment Alpha. A bit out of the beaten path, but this was plus for us. Lots of walkable nature paths around, and historically rich area. The apartment is really beautiful, quiet and spacious. Bring your hammock (there was a wooden hammock frame on the grass). The church bells and the birds will tell you the time of the day. "
