"L'appartement est agréable, il est simple mais fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse en ayant une vue splendide sur la mer. Le quartier est très calme et la place de parking est un plus pour la voiture de location. Son emplacement est idéal pour les visites et la proximité de commerces et restaurants. "Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

Major issues with swimming pool (out of action for 5 of our 14 days), with water pressure (20 mins for shower to warm up and then only a dribble), extremely loud and frequently barking dog. Although located in a side street it is adjacent to a major road - plenty of traffic noise during the day. Location convenient for Etna and the sites on the east side of the island."
