"We had a horrible experience! We arrived at around 20.30 and were greeted in the parking by the manager. We were informed that the lift was not working and were escorted to the reception through the service door. We paid for our stay (2 nights) and immediately we were informed that the AC was not working. Of course this was a problem for us as it was a heatwave. "This is my go to place in Acitrezza/AciCastello, Sicily Having stayed here 2 other times, it feels like family. Giorgio is a delightful and attentive host that also owns the B&B. The B&B overlooks the beautiful coast and the morning Breakfast is so relaxing as you start your day. Would highly recommend the Oasis ."

"Amazing hotel. Lives up to the reviews we researched before our stay. The staff are very helpful and the food is very tasty if you choose to eat at the hotel in the evening. "We werden vanwege een 'technisch probleem' in een ander appartement ondergebracht, bijna 200 meter verderop, langs een zeer drukke weg zònder voetpad. Het 'technische probleem' bleek een dubbele boeking te zijn....... Ons werd verteld dat het appartement een privé opgang naar het strand zou hebben, dit bleek een van sloop hout gebouwde steiger met een trappetje de zee in, tussen rotsblokken van 3x3 meter.
