Country-house with PRIVATE POOL and magnificent view on the Etna and sea

A renovated farm with pool in a stunning and perfectly peaceful setting between the sea and Mount Etna, close to Acireale (3 km). The private pool (size 10 x 5 m., deep 160 cm) is in use from April to the end of October.

The house is located on the highest part of the estate, overlooking an infinite number of lemon trees, Mount Etna and the coast as far as Taormina (35 km). The garden is beautifully tended, with palm trees and Mediterranean flowers.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a dining room with open kitchen, sofa bed and a dining table for 12 persons. The rooms are all on the ground floor and all have air-conditioning. There are three units with their own entrance. The units and the kitchen are not connected from the inside. Unit 1 has a terrace with sea view, a double room, a twin room and a bathroom. Unit 2 consists of 2 double rooms, a single bed and 2 bathrooms. Unit 3 is a spacious double room with bathroom. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.

Casale Acqua e Fuoco is an excellent base from which to explore eastern Sicily. It is just three kilometres from Acireale (a pretty little city, built on a plateau of lava, that is known for its Baroque churches). Giardini Naxos, a seaside resort with beautiful sandy beaches distances 32 km.
It is also an excellent base from which to explore Mount Etna and its surroundings.

The private swimming pool measures 10 x 5 m. and it is 160 cm deep and is open from April to the end of October.

Absolutely loved the Villa. Communication with Giulia was easy and before we got there she was really helpful with sending us nearby places to eat and see. Directions to the villa were clear and the villa itself was lovely. Amazing views of Etna on one side and sunrise views on the other! Would highly recommend the villa to big groups.

Guilia’s place was a beautiful quiet getaway spot that can be used as a base to explore much of the eastern coast of Sicily. Also perfect for quiet days with a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and the pool and patio were lovely options. Tiziana and her husband live nearby and were welcoming and very responsive to all our questions. They were wonderful! You absolutely need a car to stay (as she mentions in the listing) and you have to be comfortable driving the narrow streets at night. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful accomodation located in lemon orchard, with incredible quiet surroundings, stunning views directly to Etna. Great starting point for trips to the east coast of Sicily, and also for relaxing days spent there by the pool and grill. The owner with the care-taker Tiziana were super helpful, responding as fast as they could. The villa on its own was great, we noticed one drawback during our stay: the interiors were a bit humid (stayed in the beginning of May, had some rainy days), also the bedrooms lack bigger windows and they were more cold than temperature outside - which is definitely great in summer!

Wir waren nur zu 5 Personen Frauen das Objekt war so aufgeteilt das jeder sein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad hatte und wir trafen uns dann immer in der Küche oder auf der Terrasse. Sehr schön gelegen mit vielen Zitronenbäumen und sehr abseits man hatte seine Ruhe außer von den Mücken und den Würmern (schnurfüßer ) aber auf dem Land wohl normal. Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen von innen uns fehlten die liebevollen Details vorallem die Badezimmer sind sehr alt und von Sauberkeit kann man da nicht sprechen. Auch die Küche war für uns nicht sauber alles sehr dunkel und lieblos. Wenn man das Objekt übergibt schaut man mal in den Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach denn dort waren offene Lebensmittel welche wir nicht verwenden wollten . Nun ja wir haben uns trotz allem eine schöne Zeit gemacht aber waren von der Sauberkeit des Hauses nicht begeistert .

La maison est située à 30 minutes de l’aéroport de Catane et constitue un bon emplacement pour les excursions vers Syracuse, Taormina, les Iles éoliennes, l’Etna. Elle est bien équipée, tant en terme d’électroménager que de denrées alimentaires (inutile de faire les courses à la sauvette en urgence, il y a le minimum pour commencer). Le site est calme, entre volcan et méditerranée, au milieu d’une exploitation de citronniers. Une voiture est indispensable. Attention : la route d’accès est plutôt étroite. Les trois unités séparées, disposant chacune d’une salle de bain, sont idéales. La literie est tout à fait correcte. La cuisine n’est pas grande mais les abords extérieurs sont bien aménagés et le jardin présente beaucoup de charme. La piscine est parfaitement entretenue (éclairée la nuit !) et nous avons pu en profiter fin avril. Le wifi est tout à fait suffisant pour un usage courant (réservation de billets, paiement en ligne). Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Tiziana.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig und traumhafte Ausblicke. Durch die separaten Schlafeinheiten hatte man perfekte private Rückzugsorte. Beim Essbereich auf der Terrasse konnten wir die schöne Aussicht genießen. Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön und das gesamte Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Auch die Gastgeber Tiziana und Salvatore waren immer zur Stelle wenn es mal etwas zu klären gab. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und willkommen :-) Danke für die schöne Zeit in bella sicilia

The place has amazing view of Etna and the sea. Its located outside Catania and is a good location for trips to Traomina and syracus. There are some downsides: 1. The road into the place is very narrow and quiet annoying and you need to do it each time you want to go somewhere and its very car dependent. There are also 2 gates you need to manually go and open and then close each time. 2. The beda in the place are very hard and with noisy springs, all of our family were constantly complaining ????. Lastly the wifi is weak and only located in one area, so the other rooms dont get it. If the weather is bad, this is not the place to be. But if its very sunny its really nice around the pool!
