Units face out to yards where you can see into other properties (like an apartment complex) so the walk-out deck area was not private and had no view. "Good location hotel, walkable distance from Ancona old town and lake. Nice pickup and drop of with hotel bus (from and to Locarno train station. Staff was overwhelmed with a series of group booking, confusion was evident but no improvement. My room was a small but with a view, AC not working and none of the staff knew how to fix it. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake and pool was a nice setting but staff again overwhelmed with groups."
