Tremendous Value
This place is a treasure. My room was fantastic. The staff was great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. An incredible value in Italy. That night I went to the piazza where the mineral waters issue forth and enjoyed the night life, speaking with locals in my "rotto Italiano".

Nice location
The room was small, but comfortable. There's no a/c in the fall or winter but fortunately it was cool outside so this didn't present a problem. Parking was free but was on the side of the hotel where there were two rows of cars with about 4 cars per row parallel parked one behind another. So when I was parked in, the hotel staff had to come out and move one of the cars so I could get out. A minor inconvenience. Parking is at a premium there so they have to pack as many cars as they can in the lot. The location was near the main part of the city which was right across the street.

Arrived by car hotel easy to find and parking was provided free. Just an average hotel in a lovely town. Room was fine and value for money. Some staff spoke english some didn't. Didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment.
