"Check in and out were both fast and easy thanks to the app. My only gripe is if you happen to be staying on the 4th floor like I did, be warned that there is a rooftop bar on the 5th floor so you’ll hear chairs pulling in and out until they close at midnight, followed by what I’m assuming is a garbage or mop bucket rolling around for a few hours after that. The patio from the adjoined restaurant Althea can get a little noisy as well, but it does die down around 10pm. "

"My flight arrived 4 hours earlier than planned, so I got to the hotel before the check-in time. One staff member noticed I was struggling and kindly offered to help. She checked if a room was available and let me check in an hour early. The service was excellent, the neighborhood was safe, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!"

Everything worked well ( though the fireplace would only stay lit for 5 minutes. Exactly FIVE). Communication was awesome. Prompt and helpful. "I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning...

"Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. "
