"I was on the third floor and it was quiet there; unsure how the lower floors compare. I liked it enough that I expect to stay here in the future when visiting DC. The only downside to this place is that although it's kind of close to 3 metro stops, none of them are a very easy walk if you have a lot of luggage or are otherwise not very mobile, or if it's raining hard. That said, it's a very walkable area in general and I loved having it as my home base."

"I have stayed at the Line DC a couple of times. The food at the restaurant and cafe is great, the gym is lovely, the service is friendly, and the beds are comfy. I highly recommend. However, there is construction going on across the street as they're building a new building and it's has woken me up at 7am each time I've stayed (once was a whole week in September). Next time I will request to not be on the first floor and if possible not be facing the street where the construction is happening. "

"Had a great time at Hotel Nell. We were spending our time elsewhere during the day, so I can’t speak for the bar or restaurant, but the hotel stay was great. My only very minor issue was that I felt like I was showering the dark, but that was more an unreasonable expectation on my part that wasn’t met. We traveled with our dog, and that went well too. Would definitely return. "
