"Everything was good. Except my door lock didn’t work and it took a few days to fix. Also there isn’t regular daily maid services. The carpet in the upstairs room was a bit dirty. And the bathroom upstairs had a strange configuration so it was tough to use the toilet. The water pressure was weak as well. But overall good place. "

The only down side on this occasion was that my booking was lost in the system. Hotel could not locate it and hotels.com itinerary was not acceptable at the hotel. After multiple attempts at the checkin and trying to work through hotels.com help page, we had to rebook and put holds on our credit cards...

"Great hotel with friendly staff, pleasant 14th floor bar, cocktail Aviation is prefect. Food in the 1st floor restaurant is also good and fresh. However no water in room at all even in small bottle, no cap for dush, no bath robe, note please, no bath robe it is not about Hilton. Why I prefer Hilton if I have choice, firstly because ideal proportion price-quality, secondly because standard and, first of all, it is an internal lock you can use to block the door inside, it is for safety and, secondly, bath robe for comfort and, of course some water reserve to drink, at least small still and sparkling. I hope next time to find all this as usually in Hilton. Thank you very much in advance."
