Found Chrislin Lodge very comfortable and relaxing. Well organised establishment, safe with friendly staff. Close to Addo Elephant park, only downside was the condition of the access roads, where road works are being conducted.

It is a beautiful property, near the main roadso easy to find. The staff are all lovely, friendly etc. The main problem was a mix up with my partners breakfast, the order was not correct when he cleary stated what he wanted. Nothing major but annoying and shouldn't happen

Sehr schöne gelegene Lodge mit einer etwas holprigen Anfahrt. Wir hatten ein großes gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem ebenfalls sehr schönen Bad. Es gibt einen Pool. Im Restaurant kann man gut essen und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und reichhaltig.

The traditional style of this lodge makes it a lovely setting. This was our second stay at the lodge (after a gap of 11 years!), and it was even better than we remembered. Highly recommended. Wifi could be stronger, and laundry service offered on premises would be appreciated.

Sehr ruhige, gemütliche, saubere Lodge ohne allzu viel Schnickschnack in der Nähe Addo NP. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten, können direkt vom Partneranbieter in der Lodge gebucht werden. Supermarkt, Tankstelle und Wäscherei in der Nähe.

Sehr originelle Lehmhütten. Ausgezeichnete Menüs am Abend, zu einem supergünstigen Preis. Was wir leider ein wenig vermisst haben: die gesamte Anlage ist ein Traum der Betreiber. Doch diese haben sich fast gar nicht blicken lassen und schon gar nicht den Kontakt zu ihren Gästen geaucht. Das ist doch sehr schade!!!

Super Lodge

Das Gelände ist sehr schön angelegt. Es gibt mehrere mit Reet gedeckte Häuschen, ein Essenshaus, einen Poolbereich und einen Kinderspielplatz. Das Gelände ist sehr weitläufig und mit vielen Bäumen (u.a. Orangen) und Pflanzen bewachsen. Mit dem Auto kann direkt auf der Fläche geparkt werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es hatte einen tollen Service. Neben inbegriffenem Frühstück konnte man auch ein sehr leckeres Abendessen immer dazubuchen, mit Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Uns wurde angeboten, am nächsten Tag einen Game-Drive durch den Addo Elephant Park, inklusive Grillen, zu buchen. Daran teilzunehmen, war eine der besten Entscheidungen unseres Urlaubs. Wir haben unter anderem Löwen, Elefanten, Zebras, Warzenschweine, Büffel, Antilopen, Kudus und sogar ein Nashorn (was echt selten ist) gesehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und originell eingerichtet, mit genügend Platz. Sie haben auch ein eigenes Badezimmer und waren sehr sauber. Es standen sogar Heizdecken bereit. Auf dem Gelände hat es auch 3 Hunde und 2 Katzen, die sehr zutraulich waren. Die Lodge liegt doch sehr in der Natur. Nachts sieht man die Milchstraße und Fledermäuse und am nächsten Tag wird man vom Vogelgesang sanft geweckt. Checkout ist spätestens um 10 Uhr.

Tolle Lodge vor den Toren des Addo Elephant Park

Die Lodge hat unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen. Wurden upgegraded und wohnten in den neueren Rundhäusern. Super schön und total urig! Die Stimmen der Tierwelt rundherum! Klasse! Die Klimanlage wurde zur Heizung was zu dieser Jahreszeit nötig war. Hatten mit Abendessen gebucht und es nicht bereut. Leckere Gerichte! Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage! Top!

Liebevolle gepflegte Anlage

Ein schöner Ort zum Ausruhen, Orangenbäumw im Garten, sehr gutes Abendessen und Frühstück mit frischen Früchten. Liebe Hunde und Katzen. Einzige Einschränkung: die Hütten sind hundekalt, daher wahrscheinlich nur im Sommer zu empfehlen.
