Large, luxury 2 bedroom ground level apartment, recently refurbished to high specification, in a quiet location at Mare Verde, Torviscas. The complex is conveniently situated to the south of the motorway and is in an excellent location for many bars/restaurants providing a variety of entertainment options. Supermarkets are close by and bus stops and taxi ranks are on the road immediately outside. The complex is built on sloping ground with 2 storey apartments in village style with a series of pools linked by streams flowing down the centre. There are ample sunbathing terraces adjacent to the pools. It is an ideal place to relax whatever your age.

A lovely apartment to stay in
We were met at the apartment, shown where everything was and the keys and enjoyed 5 nights in lovely weather and mostly stayed at the complex. Very relaxing.

The apartment was great , just as advertised with everything you need to make it a home from home. Andrew met us at the complex gate took us to the apartment and explained where everything was, lovely helpful man. Would recommend it .

We were very happy with the apartment, it is spacious and has a nice balcony to enjoy the late afternoon sun. Kitchen had what we needed to make simple meals. Location is close (walking distance) to what is needed, like car rental, restaurants, if you want to buy excursions etc. and a 5-10min walk to Fanabe Beach. We stayed for 2 weeks and would like to go back.

Could be fantastic
The location is great and the complex has everything you need although is a little old and tired, could do with some repairs to walkways and sunbeds. The property itself is well equipped but needed a good scrub! Cupboard fronts and shelves were grubby and all utensils felt greasy. We cluld have lived with all this for tge price we paid vut sadly had to move elsewhere after a few nights as my son ended up sleeping on the sofa and was very uncomfortable. The property is advertised ss having 3 beds (2 doubles and a double sofabed), but the sofabed is unusable,as the mattress is so thin you are sleeping on metal. The host was very pleasant and gave a partial refund when i explained the issue but it did mean a lot of jassle dinding somewhere else. I should apparently have specified that we wanted to use the sofabed but I really dont think this is fair. In my opinion it should be advertised as 2 beds if that is all we could use.

L'appartamento è situato vicino a delle belle spiagge e nelle vicinanze c'è tutto il necessario per un ottima vacanza senza spostarsi in auto. (nel caso non si voglia noleggiarne una). Il parcheggio gratuito è a bordo strada e si trova proprio esternamente al residence, (non è molto facile trovare posto), ma nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque molti parcheggi gratuiti. La casa dispone di inferiate sulle finestre e la notte per rinfrescarsi è possibile lasciare aperte le finestre, sono presenti anche i lampadari con ventilatore, sufficienti per dormire al fresco. I letti sono molto comodi. L'appartamento è appena fuori il casino notturno dei vari locali del lungomare. Sul patio esterno c'è un bel tavolo spazioso e la possibilità di mettere un grande ombrellone per pranzare all'ombra. Nell'appartamento sono presenti asciugamani da spiaggia, ombrelloni uno piccolo e uno grande da spiaggia (oltre all'ombrellone per il patio) e alcuni giochini che faranno felici i vostri bambini. All'interno del residence ci sono diverse piscine di varie altezze per far contenti tutti e anche una piscina salata; è presente anche un bar dove si trova un distributore di acqua per le taniche da 5 litri, (molto comodo piuttosto che portarsi ogni volta l'acqua dal negozio fino a casa. Il proprietario è sempre stato molto disponibile ed Andrew che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è stato molto gentile e cordiale. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Nous avons apprécié séjourner dans le logement de Jane. Tout le nécessaire y est. Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants (2ans 1/2 et presque 6 ans). L'appartement est très bien équipé. Jane à pensé au moindre détail, en passant par les condiments, des tuperwares utiles pour les picnics, des feutres et des jeux pour les enfants. L'appartement est situé sur la partie basse de la résidence donc près de la plage. Nous y allions à pieds avec nos petits bouts. Une superbe terrasse pour manger dehors dans vis à vis au top. Nous y retournerons sans hésitations. Merci pour ce super appartement.

De plaats waar de woning is gelegen en de woning zelf en de uitrusting zijn uitstekend. 2 minpunten : a : er is GEEN WIFI in de woning....in deze tijd een handicap b : het bed in de tweede slaapkamer is erbarmelijk. De matras is TOTAAL versleten. Dit geeft zeker problemen voor personen die gewend zijn om in een normaal bed te slapen.

Mare Verde Apartment
We had a fantastic week. We were met at the property by Andrew who was friendly and welcoming. He explained how everything and what to do in an emergency. The apartment was clean, spacious and up to date. It was extremely well equipped and we felt at home at once. The Mare Verde resort gardens were well maintained . It was good to see that workers were repairing parts of the tiling in the pool however their work didn’t affect use of the pool. The resort is very central for shops and restaurants Overall we had a pleasant and relaxing stay with beautiful weather.

es un apartamento con dos habitaciones con camas de matrimonio comodo y bastante bien situado en una urbanización muy agradable y tranquila. El apartamento esta muy limpio y Andrew te atiende rapido si tienes algun problema (Siempre en Ingles). La piscina esta fenomenal y el apartamento tiene terracita que le da sol de tarde. Recomendaria cambiar el menaje ya que las sartenes y demas estan bastante viejas. Por otra parte, el apartamento esta cerca de la carretera y en el salon se escucha bastante el trafico, la musica y conciertos de los bares que estan alrededor. A las 00:00 ya hay silencio absoluto. Si tienes vecinos ruidosos se les escucha todo ya que las paredes son muy finas. Hemos tenido unos pequeños visitantes (cucarachas) pero parece que es algo normal en el sur de tenerife en zonas ajardinadas.

L appartamento è provvisto di tutto, la cucina è super attrezzata, microonde forno bollitore tostapane tutte le stoviglie manca solo la caffettiera per gli amanti del caffè all italiana....ma provvista di tutte le stoviglie e generi di prima necessità come zucchero sale olio aceto spugne e detersivi , c è anche un bel barbecue sul terrazzo sdraio e poltrone per rilassarsi nonché un bel tavolo grande per mangiare .ombrelloni e giochi da spiaggia,il bagno principale ha una vasca doccia con acqua bella calda, phon,lavatrice e molti gli asciugamani persino quelli da spiaggia.due camere di cui una con un piccolo gabinetto ottimo per i miei bimbi che durante la notte non si perdevano.per chi necessita c'è persino un lettino da campeggio e seggiolone! Soggiorno ampio con due divani,tv,videoregistratore, libri per chi come noi ama leggere, che dire non mancava proprio nulla avrei potuto dimezzare le valigie! Unica cosa non c'è aria condizionata ma solo le pale al soffitto che sarebbero sufficienti se non fosse che nei week-end gli schiamazzi notturni ti portano a voler chiudere le finestre e l aria si fa un po calda,fortunatamente gli altri giorni è tranquillo!il residence ha delle piscine meravigliose alcune profonde altre basse dove i miei bimbi 5 e7 anni si sono divertiti come dei pazzi a scivolare tra le vare cascatelle che uniscono le varie piscine, docce e sdraio per tutti,e un bar con bigliardino .il complesso è in una zona servitissima di supermercati bar e ristoranti e a pochi da una spiaggia enorme con sabbia fine attrezzata e non , con parchi giochi e ogni genere di attrezzature per sport acquatici ,passeggiata lungo mare lunghissima e locali notturni. ....insomma ideale per tutti sia per relax che no...esperienza meravigliosa la consiglio vivamente. .ringrazio anche il custode discreto e efficiente !

Perfect location
This was our first stay abroad in an apartment rather than a hotel. Jane was fantastic and helped us to sort out the booking. The apartment is ideally situated within easy walking distance to everything you could possibly need. It is a nice size apartment with a lovely balcony that has the sun on it all afternoon/evening. Andrew is extremely helpful. He text me as we landed and met us at the gate to show us around. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your apartment, we will definitely be back.
